Kanye West's Nike Air Yeezy 2 trainers may have sold Ten minutes within happening sale, but that did not steer clear of the shoes from showing up on eBay, according to a Feb. 10 report from NME.
According to the report, a pair of the Red October trainers are going for ??10 million ($16 million U.S. dollars) around the online auction marketplace site.
The red version of the environment Yeezy 2 shoes were released on Feb. 9 for $245. Nike announced this news of the special edition Kanye West sneakers on Twitter. These shoes were sold within Ten minutes, based on a report by Vibe.
These shoes then made a reappearance on eBay at the starting bid of ??220. There are similar shoes for sale for ??5000 ($3,950).
Kanye hasn't had the best relationship with Nike as the rapper recently announced a new deal with Adidas after criticizing the premium sports brand for not creating enough sneakers.
He said in an interview with Zane Lowe:
West has an interest in securing an offer with Adidas. He thinks collaborating using the company can make him 'bigger than Walmart.'
